I got this camera for christmas in 2009. I absolutely loved it...while it lasted. The pictures were definitely an upgrade compared to my 3 yr old Exilim. Then five months went by and I tried to turn on but it kept saying "lens error". This is after the fact that I took extremely good measures to keep camera safe and out of harms way ie.no dropping, banging, kept in a protective case etc. I tried to fix myself and after wiping lens carefully with a q-tip it worked again.
Sadly, I found myself in the same situation not 1 month later. However, this time it not only read "lens error" but also made a buzzing/beeping noise as the lens went in and out. This time no matter what I tried to do it simply was not going to work again. I don't feel like spending hundreds to send it to Nikon and have it repaired when I can simply purchase a better camera for the same price....completely disgusted by this and the fact that Nikon doesn't cover this under warranty due to "mishandling of user". I was soooooo careful yet got jipped in the end..Thanks for nothing Nikon!

this camera was purchased under a budget i had myself stay on recently. i loved how small this camera is. its very conveniant for me to bring everywhere. i myself dont like bringing purses for some odd reason so i leave it in my pocket and it fits perfectly. the results of the pictures were okay but for the price i purchased it with...isnt too bad. try it out if you were looking for a low budget and cute looking camera. when they say it will be shipped between 1- 2 weeks it will take two weeks to ship it most likely

The quality of the picture ("in whatever mode it is") is the worst.
Pictures are so dull and blurred. I would recommend not to buy this camera.

If a camera cannot take good pictures, other features like touch screen does not matter.

I am very dissapointed with this camera. When I got my 1st one it had a dent on the front. I returned it and I got a new one in the mail a few days later. I was happy with this one until it got a crack in the screen. Now I can't delete photos, or edit them. I would not recommend this product.
